I’m Looking Forward to Being Your Celebrant

So, with a background in arts marketing and writing you might be asking why am I a celebrant?

For me it is a way to keep writing and to add a degree of performance in my life.

I love the rituals around marking important events in our lives, whether that’s to get married, celebrate someone’s name or mark the passing of someone special.

I have always loved planning events, especially ones that can combine poetry, music and ritual. As humans we’ve been doing similar things for thousands of years and naturally the rituals we choose to use are as strange or simple as you can imagine. We welcome people to our communities as individuals, or couples and we also say goodbye. There is nothing like a good party to accompany this, but even though the formal activity can seem like something that has to be rushed through or endured to get get to the fun bit, we can actually take control.

Taking control is what I can help you do as a celebrant. I can make sure your ceremony reflect you as a person, as a couple and includes the things you love and feel are important.

It is all about you.

You don’t need to settle for something that does not hold real meaning for you. I can help you achieve a ceremony that has everything you’ve ever dreamed about and to make sure it all happens as planned and with the style you are looking for.

It’s a great way to spend time with the people you love, friends and family.
